TERMS OF USE -- UPDATED 06/15/08

All sig tags and premades MUST be linked back to Scrub's Scribblings using a "clickable" link.

You MUST give credit to my creations on each and every page you display them.

Tags may be used in forums, emails or web sites ONLY.

Tags and/or premades CANNOT be used on MSN group sites. I am sorry to have to exclude MSN groups but this is because I cannot be sure that the protective scripts are being used.

Tags and/or premades CANNOT be used in Yahoo Tag & Snag Groups!!! Lately there has been MUCH abuse
of artist rights in this regard and even if you are not nor ever have been guilty of such abuse,
I must respectfully request that you do NOT display my tags in these groups.

Premades MUST be linked back to Scrub's Scribblings and used only on websites; i.e. you must have a web site to order a premade.

You MUST have the NRC, No Image Tool Bar and No Drag Scripts on your website. These can be found at Dynamic Drive.

You do NOT have to have a website to order a sig tag; BUT if you place the tag on your site, then the protective scripts term WILL be required.

YOU MAY NOT:
Claim my work as your own.

Alter my sigtags/premades for ANY reason.

Redistribute my tags/premades for any reason; i.e. resell for profit or offer as linkware/adoptions unless specified as such.

Turn my creations into tubes, clipart, brushes or any other form of PSP/Photoshop tools.

Display my sig tags/premades anywhere that promotes hate, violence, racism, pornography, adult content or anywhere else that isn't "family friendly". If my 5-year old granddaughter can't see your site, then you need NOT request anything from me!!!

REGARDING TUBES/OUTLINES:
You do not have to have a web site to purchase my tubes/outlines.

If however you display any work online using my tubes/OLs, then you must give at least a text link to Scrub's Scribblings.
I DO and WILL check periodically to see that my terms are being followed and if I find they are not, I will first write you respectfully asking that you follow my terms. After a 2nd request and if you still haven't followed my terms, you will be asked to remove the graphic. If you refuse after that, then it will be a matter for the courts.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may not alter my tubes or outlines with the "exception" of wanting to "animate" a certain area of the tube/OL; i.e hand waving or eye blinking.

You may not "recolor" my tubes.

You CAN color my outlines to your own preference.

You may NOT redistribute my tubes/outlines for any reason; i.e. resell for profit or offer "as is" in a collection on your site.

You CAN profit from any creations you sell using my tubes/outlines.

You MUST, however, do more than just use one of my tubes, slap a name on it and try calling that a "sig tag"; i.e. it HAS to be used in a "scene".

REGARDING PREMADES:
You MUST have a web site to purchase a premade.

Site must be family friendly (see above).

Premades must be linked to Scrub's Scribblings.

Premades MAY be used for personal site decorations and/or collections.

You may offer my premades in your adoption shop and please advise my TOU to those adopting.

If your adoption shop is password-protected, I DO require access to your site ONLY to be able to check that my TOU are being followed, and for no other reason...I promise:)

When placing a request, please put the words "I agree to your terms" in the "Have you read my terms" line of your email request.

By purchasing and utilizing my graphics, you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

Be advised that once you place an order there are NO refunds. All sales are final.

Items are sold "as-is"; i.e. no additional customization will be made except where otherwise specified such as hair color, etc.

Payments are accepted ONLY thru PayPal. Once I receive verification that the transaction has gone through, I will start working on your request.

If your request is for a friend, these same terms apply to them.

Allow 2-3 days for delivery of your order.
